Problemas al crear zip

Al crear zips dinamicament con php si hay muchos archivos me lo crea y cuando termina me da error y me dice que el archivo está dañado.
Con pocos archivos me funciona perfectamente.
A alguien más le ha pasado? Solución?

Ya lo he solucionado!
El problema de esta clase es que lo va guardando en memoria en una array y si hay muchos archivos y que ocupan mucho no funciona.
Solución:
Crear archivos temporales y no arrays.
