[Problema] Seven los codigos HTML al mostrar un RSS

Hola! tengo un problema, se ven los codigos HTML, cuando muestro los RSS de una web externa! Este codigo utilizo!

probe así: $rss = new RssReader html_entity_decode(("http://miweb/foro/rss.php"));

pero me da error! esa funcion no la se usar :S

esa función obviamente va donde quieres que muestre el HTML, osea.. tal ves en la descripción, titulo, etc...

gracias! lo solucione! pero tengo un problemita! necesito cambiar el tamaño de las imaganes q aparecen! ya q son grandes! y me alteran la web! :S hay alguna forma de edit ar esto:
<img src="https://www.compusoftonline.com/ventasdesoftware/images/CYBERLINK%20POWER%20DVD%2010%20ULTRA.png" /> q biene de otra web osea poder agregar un width y heigh para todas las imagenes!
