Problema con Paypal y PHP

Buenas tardes chicos, consegui un codigo ya hecho de ipn paypal con el cual deberia conseguir acreditarle coins a el user que compre x cantidad, pero hay un problema y es que no funciona. Intente hacerlo yo mismo, pero no pude. Intente pedir ayuda para hacerlo aquí pero solo respondieron un enlace de paypal el cual no entiendo nada! Y por eso ahora les vengo a pedir si pueden revisar el codigo y decirme si configure algo mal, almenos con el IPN simulator de paypal no me esta funcionando

Debes entender que no se trata el foro de solamente darte soluciones, es muy relativo, a veces el problema es complejo, y no amerita que alguien se tome una o dos hora mirando tu codigo para solucionarlo, eso sería como trabajar para tí... en ocaciones, la gente tuvo el mismo problema y ya sabe por donde va la mano y te brinda una solución.. así funciona esto.

Con respecto a tu código, cómo saber si está bien o mal? Si al menos te devuelve algún error, capaz sea una pista para poder ayudarte, pero asi a primera vista es dificil saber si funciona o no...
