Problema con acentos y ñ Hola, en index.php tengo esto:

include("enter.txt");
?>
y funcionan los acentos y la ñ
pero en index.html tengo esto:

y no funcionan los acentos ni las ñ, pone cualquier caracter... cual es la solucion para que aparescan las ñ y los acentos???? GRACIAS...
