Por que no funciona el paginado con una consulta especifica?

si hago una consulta especifica me muestra los registros bien pero las paginas de todos los registros aunque no esten ay me explico?
trate de encontra la solucion pero pues nada de nada, espero me puede ayudar, gracias...

bueno me respondo yo solo:

where usuario='$username'

pero no me avia dado cuenta que en la funcion no tiene valor la variable $username y por eso no me funcionaba correctamente asi que solo hise esto dentro de la funcion:


$username_fun = $_COOKIE['loggedin'];

where usuario='$username_fun'

y listo...
