Obtener el pais del visitante con PHP

He buscado y lo encontre, solo que no se por que no funciona.

Vi un aporte de abimaelrc y con ese estoy tratando solo que no me queda.

falla en la parte de los if's a la hora de redireccionar, en que esta mal?

Yo no entiendo bién esa clase, recomendaria usar la variable $_SERVER['HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE'] que te da como resultado el pais definido por el browser y usar en los IFs en,es,fr,etc.En google encontraras todas las abreviaciones.
