Meta tag generado dinamicamente

Estoy haciendo un blog a base de wordpress. como puedo hacer para que en cada nuevo post tenga un <meta> diferente en el header para lograr una mejor posicion en los buscadores. hasta donde se wrodpress funciona con OOP pero yo no se nada de orientacion a objetos, por eso no logro hacer q cada post tenga una <meta> diferente. como puedo hacerlo?

Podrias agregar en el nuevo post que se pongan palabras claves en un input (obligatorio) y luego las imprimis en una etiqueta meta =) algo asi:

<meta name="keywords" content="<?php echo $tuVariableConKeywords; ?>" />

si, eso no es problema, lo q no se hacer es q eso se aplique solo a post no a la pagina principal por q todos mensages se cargan desde el index.php
