header no funciona y warning

Aguien sabe por que me puede esta saliendo este warning y no me hace el header>>>
este es el error

En la linea 432 esta el header

No podes enviar ninguna salida antes del header. Cuenta como salida un echo, un error cualquiera que se muestre por pantalla o un simple espacio fuera de los tags <?php ?>.

Hola como dice firdureiks es asi
de todas formas revisa sprintf("INSERT INTO ....
con sprintf estas escribiendo en pantalla antes del header si no me equivoco.

Nopes, printf escribe, sprintf devuelve un valor.. el texto que esta mandando antes es en
C:\AppServ\www\empresanet\registro empresas\index.php:242
