Formulario en jquery

Buenas a todos/as

Me he bajado un script prefabricado en jquery acerca de un formulario. El código funciona perfectamente y la hoja de estilo es bastante buena. El código es el siguiente:

Vale ahora mi duda es la siguiente:
¿De que manera puedo lanzar el contenido del formulario rellenado por el usuario a un máil que use cómo destino?

Primero de todo el encabezado del form deberia ser algo así:

<form action="enviar.php" method="post">

Despues, todos los inputs tendrian que tener la etiqueta name o su similar, para asi en el php saber que ha seleccionado el usuario.

Por último tendrías que crear enviar.php.
