hoy migré de servidor a hostmonster.com
mi pagina que antes funcionaba bien
pero ahora en el nuevo host me sale el siguiente error

no se como hacer para que me arroje los errores php ya he puesto en el php.ini que me los muestre pero no me hace caso y no me arroja los errores
el script que hay en el calendar/index.php es
