error al iniciar apache con el xampp

Favor alguien me puede ayudar con este erro que me sale despues de instalar xampp; quiero iniciar el Apache y sale este mensaje:

Parece que tienes el puerto bloqueado

Ve en tu administrador de tareas y verifica que el puerto que usa apache ... No este siendo usado por otro programa.
