me da este error:

Te esta tirando error la consulta seguramente, prueba poniendo asi y veras el error:

$query =mysql_query("SELECT * FROM Descargas WHERE seccion='Antivirus' ") or die("<br>Error ".mysql_error());

Creo que esto te dira cual es el error.

Pueden haber dos errores:
1) la conexion con la bd esta nula.
2) el rs q le esta llegando a la funcion mysql_fetch_array() esta llegando vacio.

Pruebe lo q le dice Martin para ver si es un error en la consulta.
