Como agregar .dll en php

Estoy intentando utilizar la función, para comparar un xml y un xslt pero envía un error, según lo que encontré es que no reconoce transformToXML.

$xslt = new XSLTProcessor();
$XSL = new DOMDocument();
$XSL->load("d:\cadenaoriginal_2_0.xslt", LIBXML_NOCDATA);
$xslt->importStylesheet( $XSL );

print $xslt->transformToXML( $XML );

Baje los .dll y los guarde dentro de la carpeta php/ext y dentro de sistem32

Sablot.dll
Expat.dll
Php_sablot.dll
Inconv.dll
Xslt.dll

En el archivo php.ini agregue la línea

Código PHP:

  extansion=php_xslt.dll;
extensión=xslt.dll; 
   

Al intentar levantar el servicio de php me dice que no los encuentra en la ruta php/ext
Alguien sabe que estoy haciendo mal, gracias.

En el error te indica que, esperaba el caracter < en el principio. Verifica que tengas estructurado correctamente el archivo y que no tenga ni espacios al principio.

Lo revice y no hay espacios blancos.
