soy muy novato en este tema y me he bajado un formulario pero al ponerlo en funcionamiento me sale ésto: " Method Not Allowed
The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /contactar.php."
el código .php está escrito dentro un archivo .html y ya he intentado mil cosas distintas, que si ponerlo aparte, en un .php... pero siempre termina todo con la misma surte: "Method Not Allowed

si alguien puede ayudarme, [la web donde está el formulario es "http://www.jccopenbusiness.com/on_estem.html"]
