He desarrollado un servicio web con php y en local funciona perfectamente pero lo subo a lycos y como mete publicidad en todos sus ficheros pos no me funciona en que siti oque ademas me de alojamiento BD, pueda subir el Servicio Web

¿No funciona ó solo muestra un mensaje de error? (headers already sent...)

Prueba colocando error_reporting(0) al inicio de tus archivos.

En el foro de Hosting hay un largo thread dedicado a los proovedores gratuitos, revizalo... será raro (que igual y o hay) el que no te meta publicidad.

Si dices que tu servicio de hosting mete "publicidad" .. normalemnte lo hace interviniendo la página que generas con tus scripts PHP .. es decir, incrustra -su- código (HTML/(etc)) antes del tuyo .. así que si usas algún código (que por cierto NO expones en este mensaje) que envie cabeceras HTTP (header() .. o <meta ...> en HTML) es muy probable que todos los problemas que tienes ahora deriven de eso mismo.
