Error Jquery datepicker

Hola, alguien puede ayudarme?

Si no agrego:

Código HTML:

contentSEARCH += '</form>';

el codigo anterior muestra ambos datepickers, pero si lo agrego no los muestra, necesito agregar la etiqueta <form> y los datepicker que funcionen.

Los datepicker se declaran en cuanto carga la página, es decir, en la función $(function { }) de jQuery También conocida como jQuery().ready(function(){ })
Sólo tienes que poner
$(function(){
$("#searchPS, #searchPE").datepicker({ dateFormat: 'yy-mm-dd' });
});
y quitar los ONFOCUS.
