Colocar fecha en cuenta regresiva

Hola a todos, baje un codigo para hacer una cuenta regresiva y no se como escribir la fecha limite. Tengo conocimientos casi nulos de JavaScript. Espero que me lo puedan solucionar facilmente. Gracias
