Problema instalar socket.io

Buenos dias a todos, tengo un problema instalar socket.io en windows 10, ya le di permisos a la carpeta, pero aun me sale el error al instalar, hay otra forma de que me deje permitir instalarlo? les agradesco muchísimo.

Tienes que instalar Python en la máquina.

Sí, tienes que poner python en el PATH: http://www.aaronstannard.com/how-to-...nt-on-windows/ (el paso 2)

mm vale, ya lo puse y aun hasí no deja instalarlo :S, aunque phyton se instaló en la ruta C:\Users\program\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Pyt hon35-32, pero ya le puse esa ruta aun no deja instalar sokcet.io.
