Problemas para publicar con Namo WebEditor 6

Hola, soy bastante novatilla en esto. Me baje el Namo y he diseñado una pagina web. Tengo la cuenta FTP en la que me dan el servidor, el usuario y la clave. Pero el Namo no consigue conectarme. En el me piden:

- HOST NAME: q se supone q es el servidor (ftp.dominio.es)
- DIRECTORY: q en el manual pone:The path of the folder to which the site files will be uploaded. On many servers, this is either "/" or "/public_html", although it could be anything else. Leading and trailing slashes are optional. Q creo q es opcional...
- USER NAME: usuario
- PASSWORD: clave

Despues te pone si kieres el modo pasivo, y por ultimo la HTTP information.

Me podriais q es lo q hago mal para q no me conecte con el servidor?? Lo del directorio q es???
