Problema con Menú Spray

Hola compañeros foreros, hoy vengo a molestarles con una duda que no he encontrado cómo solucionar y sé que hay grandes profesionales conocedores de la materia:

En Dreamweaver CS3 creé un Menú Spray Horizontal, el me dió el código:

He cambiado algunos colores y valores, y solo agregué la regla .sub-sub por conveniencia de fondo en los subítems.

En Firefox ya se va acercando a lo que quiero:


Pero en el Internet Explorer no puedo quitar, todo el fondo blanco y la palabra "false" al inicio de los subítems, se ve muy diferente:


Ojalá me puedan hacer el favor de ayudar y gracias anticipadas.

Por favor, ¿puede algún moderador mover este post a CSS?, no lo tengo en la sección adecuada.

La verdad es que intenté recrear el menú que tienes para poder analizarlo pero no pude. No se por qué no reconoce el css. Tengo que intentarlo de nuevo con más calma cuando lleuge a casa.

Muchas gracias por intentarlo Juaniquillo, yo no he podido solucionar nada con el Menú Spray. Lo que hice fue copiarme uno de los ejemplos que ponen en un sitio que recomiendan aquí en el foro: http://araudi.net/ y pude acomodarlo al sitio.

Pero si me gustaría solucionar ésto, pues espero seguir usando el Menú Spray.

Si, Mikel tiene muy buenos ejemplos de menús hechos con sólo css.

¿puedes dejar un enlace a la página con el menú? todavía no termino de entender por que no me funciona tu HTML con tu CSS. Es como si no lo encontrara.
