problema con frames en dreamweaver cs4

Buenas, tengo un problema con una pagina que estoy haciendo muy sencilla con marcos, la pagina tiene un marco superior donde va un banner y un menu de enlaces y un marco inferior que será el que muestre los contenidos, el caso es que creo que el codigo está bien y sin embargo cuando hago click en algun enlace el contenido se abre en una ventana nueva del navegador en lugar de abrirse en el frame que le indico en el target...

Os pego el codigo a ver si me podeis ayudar, por favor.

Buenos días;

Ya lo he solucionado, el problema estaba en que había insertado mal los marcos, en vez de utilizar insertar-html-marcos habia usado modificar-conjunto de marcos...
