Ayudenme a Aprender a Hacer Botones en Flash 5!!!!

Hola a Todos!!!

Necesito aprender a hacer botones en flash , para un sitio web que estoy construyendo, estoy muy verde en esto de Flash, y solicito su ayuda haber de que manera puedo hacerlo, ya he visto algunos tutoriales, pero tiran mucho rollo y yo lo que quiero es ir al grano!!!! COMO SE HACEN!!!

en el flash5...menu ayuda...lecciones... y mira el apartado botones¡¡
