Amigo tengo este codigo que me sube un archivo a una determindad carpeta dentro de mi servidor local, el codigo es:

El al parecer me indica que el archivo elegido esta en la carpeta dentro del servidor, pero una vez que rebiso dicha carpeta en la misma no encuentro nada.
Que estara pasando??? podran ayudarme a comodar este codigo
