Como subir texto

Hola gente del foro, eh estado buscando informacion de como poder subir, primero archivos de imagenes a mi web y lo eh logrado, pero a la ves quisiera tambien subir (simultaneamente) por ejemplo una foto con un comentario, nombre (del que subio ese archivo) y algun que otra cosa, tengo un ejemplo de poder subir dos archivos de imagenes y eh puesto un textarea, pero provandolo me sube las imagenes pero no me sube lo que ingreso en el textarea, perdonen si no me explico bien, no entiendo mucho de esto porque no soy programador.

No conocía ese componente que usaste para los uploads, lo primero que debes hacer cuando tengas un problema con un componente es buscar su documentación, en este caso es esta: http://www.sitiasp.it/dllDoc/aspSmar...irements.htm#1
