aplicar temas con app web theme en RoR

Hola , estoy utilizando rails 3.2.3 y la quiero utilizar un tema de "web app theme" pero
solo puedo aplicar el tema por default y drastic dark a mi aplicacion,
quiero utilizar el tema "Blue" pero me sale el siguiente error:

Alguien sabe como puedo aplicar otros temas ademas de los que mencione?
