Problemas con attachEvent y addEventListener

Hola como les va pero toy renagenado con agregar eventos dinamicamente, el problema esta en que al crear dinamicamente loc campos text cuando llamo al funcion AgregarEventos me sale que attachEvent y addEventListener esta indefinido .

Es que en lugar de pasarle texto.id como parámetro a tu función agregarEvento, debes pasarle directamente texto (que es el elemento dentro del DOM)

Hola mira hice lo que me dijiste pero el error es el mismo alguna sugerencia alguien

Para empezar, no coloques código PHP aquí, coloca el código resultante que es más legible y fácil de probar.

Segundo, las funciones también las estás poniendo como cadenas de texto, lo cual tampoco es válido, a no ser que uses eval.
