Ajax-tooltip no funciona en Firefox

Hola,
tengo un problema, hice un app que usa ajax-tooltip en IE me funciona perfectamente pero en Firefox no pasa nada . Les envio el codigo por si me pueden ayudar, gracias de antemano.
