Para agregar el título que diga categoría solo debes agregar una pequeña línea.

en cuanto a que estan muy separadas, es cosa de tu css ( style.css de tu theme) , para poderte ayudar, deja tu web, para ver que debes cambiar en tu style.css

el problema esta en que cuanto agrego eso, la primera columna queda muy a la izquierda, y la segunda columna muy a la derecha.

Ya esta en el centro, pero hay otro problemita.
el titulo que dice categorias, sigue en el mismo lado, al lado izquierdo, aqui una foto de como esta ahora mismo.

como arreglo el titulo para que se muestre a partir de la primera columna, como debe de ser.

Eso tambien es en el style.css de tu theme

agrega esto :

Si quieres que este más a la derecha, aumenta el "margin-lef".
