Allowed memory size

Al intentar ingresar a mi panel de control de un mi pagina, me genera el siguiente error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/xxxx/wp-admin/menu.php on line 235

Solo al tratar de entrar a wp-admin, no así en la navegación de la web...
estube leyendo algunas paginas he hice alguna de las cosas que me decian por ejemplo:

Add in .htaccess file
php_value memory_limit 64M

The solution finally was found in the the file: /wp-includes/default-constants.php

In that, there is a section commented //set memory limits (see code below)

I just change the values to 128M and 64M respectively. After this changed, my plugins.php loaded again, and was no longer getting the memory error.

Probaste con esas soluciones? Son lo usual. Es que seguramente tu hosting dedica poca memoria a los proyectos, y por eso hay que forzar la cosa con una directiva para que el servidor te provea de mas.

Si con la segunda no hay variación
con la primera me genera un error y no me deja entrar si quiera a la pagina..
me dices que es por el hosting???
(acabo de cambiar de plan por que el otro me quedo chico, se supone que este tiene más capacidad)
Si es así (y disculpando la patudes) que es lo q debiese preguntar o decirles a los tipos???
