sobre tags html cuando se usa echo
que tal...

en algunos scripts he visto que usan algo asi en los tags html cuando usan echo:

Código PHP:
echo $row['titulo']."<br />"; 
en realidad yo nunca uso el "/" antes de finalizar el tag(<**** />)... para que sirve?
