tambien me han enviado informacion del emisor del certificado, lo cuelgo aqui por si alguien lo necesita.

Follow the instructions to export a PFX file from the IIS server:
1. Click Start, then Run, then type "mmc"
2. In the MMC click File, then Add / Remove Snap In
3. Click Add in the dialog box that opens
4. Select Certificates from the list, click Add, select Computer Account, Next, Select Local Computer, Finish
5. Click Close, then back at the Add / Remove Snap In, click OK
6. In the MMC expand the Certificates tree, and open the Personal folder, then open the Certificates folder
7. Right click your certificate, select All Tasks, Export
8. When the Wizard begins and you are asked which format you want to export, select the option called Personal Information Exchange (PFX). DO NOT CHOOSE TO DELETE THE PRIVATE KEY IF EXPORT IS SUCCESSFUL
9. Complete the wizard

To import the PFX file into the IIS server:
1. Copy the PFX file to the new server
2. Right click the PFX file and select Install Certificate
3. In the Import wizard, select Place All Certificates in the Following Store and select Browse, then highlight the Personal Store, and complete the wizard
4. In IIS go to your site and select Properties, then Directory Security
5. Click Server Certificate and then Assign an Existing Certificate, select the correct certificate from the available certificates
