HostRocket cambia su política para servicios Free.
Cita: Dear Customer,
Due to the abuse of the FTP server on our free hosting accounts, we have chosen to disable this service, effective immediately. While we realize this is an important feature to many of our customers, it has started to effect the overall performance of our free hosting service. If FTP service is something that your site needs, you may upgrade to any of our paid web hosting plans by going to
http://www.hostrocket.com. We are currently running a special on our Giga-Sale plan which includes 50GB of bandwidth and 1GB of storage, for just $7.95/month!
All accounts will still have the ability to upload and modify files through the file manager. You may reach the file manager by going to your control panel and then selecting the file manager icon. If you have any other questions regarding this policy change, please do not hesitate to contact support by e-mailing
[email protected], or through the web at
http://www.hostrocket.com/support/. Thank you for being a HostRocket customer!

En definitiva que si quieres servicio FTP a pasar por caja. Eso si permiten manejar archivos desde el panel de control, faltaría más que no dejasen
Un saludo.
