| Me hice esa pregunta hace unos dias y un señor me respondio muy amable, hasta lo que entendi, son como "diarios" personales, donde entras y agregas tus noticias y las personas que entran al weblog las ven.
Osea.. no le veo mucha utilidad pero creo que es eso....
