Tercero, ¿Tu proveedor de internet te está dando una IP pública fija o dinámica? Para lo que te piden, debería de ser fija.

Cuarto, ¿Tu proveedor te tiene abiertos todos los puertos o debes solicitarle que te los abran?
Tengo todos los puertos abiertos.
Ahora sobre tu última consulta es así el host es un windows 2012 server y la virtual machine es un windows 2008.
