Hola! tengo un pequeño problemita al cual ya le he dado varias vueltas y nomas no se soluciona

El problema es con una imagen svg que puse de fondo. Se ve bien en chrome y firefox pero en Microsoft Edge e IE nomas no sale. ¿Alguna idea? :S
