EXPERTOS! Mi D6 un mensaje de error (creo que no conecta con la Base de datos)

Tengo un problema muy urgente. Mi web esta offline, ya por 48horas!!!!

Estoy haciendo una migracion de hosting compartido a Servidor Virtual Dedicado y se esta alargando mas de lo esperado.

Asi es como voy:

1. El dominio apunta bien
2. Todos los archivos estan subidos por FTP
3. La base de datos ya esta importada al nuevo servidor


Lo que sucede al poner mi nombre de dominio en el navegador, es que en vez de mostrar mi web, EL NAVEGADOR DESCARGA UN ARCHIVO AUTOMATICAMENTE.

Al abrir ese archivo, pone lo siguiente:
