django problema con TIME_ZONE cuando uso USE_TZ en true hora local
hola donde puedo ver la lista de TIME_ZONEs cuando USE_TZ en true es que me esta dando la hora mal hahahaha

mi timezone es UTC−04:30 pero no se como hacerlo funcionar
