duda bind9 DNS

Hola a todos

Me he pillado un VPS y me va toca configurarme el servidor dns.. he seguido unas cuantas guias pero nada...

Os voy a poner lo que me da el nslookup, ping dig.. a ver si al menos podéis darme alguna idea de por donde puede estar el error

nslookup:

** server can't find xxxx.com.xxxx.com: SERVFAIL <- ¿WTF porque busca xxxx.com.xxxx.com y no xxxx.com??

y el ping a xxxx.com directamente me da unknown host.

¿por donde empezamos a buscar?
