Problema al iniciar apache con wampserver 2.1 en windows 7

Problema para arrancar wampserver en windows 7 64bit

Instale la version 2.2 para 64bit pero se pone naranja y ahi queda no pasa a verde, no tengo skype instalado, desactive Internet information service, cambie el puerto 80 en httpd.conf, lo reinstale, borre toda la carpeta wamp, desactive kaspersky, ya no encuentro que hacer.

El archivo error log me muestra esto:
