Exclamación problema django y mysql

Buenos días.

Estoy siguiendo el tutorial de maestros del web sobre django
tengo instalado xampp 1.7.4 con el servicio de mysql instalado

ya instale python 2.7.3 y django 1.4.2

configure el archivo settings.py de la siguiente manera
