he leido por ahi que hay que hacerlo de la siguiente manera
1. Select
Window->
Preferences from the menu bar.
2. Expand Web and select
HTML Files.
3. Select ISO 10646/Unicode(UTF-8) from the Encoding drop-down.
el tema es que a mi solo me sale xml...me falta instalar algo mas ???
