Instalar Mollify

Buenos días,

Estoy intentando instalar este gestor de archivos, pero cuando ejecuto el instalador que me guia por pasos, me dice que cree el fichero configuration.php vacio y después que le ponga las variables pero cuando le doy a siguiente me dice:

"Could not connect to database

Could not connect to database (host=localhost, user=mollify, password=mollify), error: 2003/Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)


No database configuration found.

MySQL database configuration is missing or it is not complete. Make sure that the configuration is done according to the instructions below. At minimum, database user and password must be defined. "

Y claro, no me deja seguir y no sé porqué me da ese error.
