Les cuento rapidamente yo tengo una pequeña empresa de soporte tecnico y venta tipo hardware computadoras y equipos de oficina para mediana empresa...
El punto es que quiero darle soporte tecnico a mis clientes por medio de un sistema de tickets, quisiera un open source que pueda darme
- Ticket system
- Billing
- Knowledge base
- Que pueda darles un script html para que ellos lo instalen en sus intranets y desde ahi puedan enviarme los tickets, (un form)
- Talvez un login para que puedan pagarme por medio de paypal
he buscado en internet pero al parecer tendre que instalar dos o tres script por separado o algunos solo estan orientados al hosting, crear uno me llevaria mucho tiempo ... esta opcion la necesito devido a que quiero darle empleo desde casa a unos amigos para que ellos puedan dar el soporte por ticket (email) mientras yo me encargo de los clientes hehe

I searched online but apparently I will have to install two or three separate script or some are only oriented hosting, create one I would take a long time ... This option because I need at home to friends so they can provide support for ticket (email) while I take care of the customers hehe
