Si no utilizas phpunit(el cual deberías utilizar btw...) no vas a tener problemas, simplemente te esta notificando que no te va a crear los tests base en la carpeta tests.

Masterpuppet sacame de una duda.. mira por ejemplo he creado mi proyecto llamado: zendweb
Por lo cual al entrar a localhost/www/zendweb , solo me muestra la pagina de "Index of /zendweb" y fijandome en la lista no visualizo la carpeta public.
Ahora si direccione a : localhost/www/zendweb/public/index.php , me muestra:
