It seems your visual editor not worked properly. Please try to check if you have in the root directory of theme file config.php.
If not, please create it, and insert into content of this file this:
[config] wysiwyg=disabled
And download the last version of theme from themeforest if you haven't it.
There is problem in some hostings to load correctly icons in visual editor.
