Cambiar orden de Meta Tags

[JUMASOL]

Hola.

Tengo un Joomla! y estoy intentando hacer que las metatads del head aparezcan así:

Título
Descripción
Keywords

En lugar de al revés, como me sale con el título al final.

El código es el que sigue, pero cada vez que lo cambio me sale un error 500 o una pantalla en blanco.

¿Me podéis decir qué es lo que hay que editar y cómo?
