Si estás usando ese código lo raro sería que se viera alguna imagen.
Una búsqueda como
http://goo.gl/vIOIi te llevará a miles de sitios donde muestran cómo insertar una imagen en HTML
Lógicamente ese código es un ejemplo... claro que sé como se introduce una imagen...
Pero por no escribir todo el código...
