Quiero colocar un banner encima del primer post así que, justo al comienzo del index.php, inserto el script que llama al banner pero no se muestra nada :(

Al principio pensé que podría ser un problema de compatibilidad de los navegadores pero he probado con varias versiones de IE, Chrome y FF y nada. No se ve el banner en ningún caso.

¿Alguien podría decirme qué es lo que estoy haciendo mal o dónde cree que puede estar el problema?
