Mi intención mostrando esto, es que son las mismas empresas tras los navegadores las que no ponen de acuerdo y frenan el avance.
Precisamente es el oligopolio ese del que hablas, Google, Microsoft y Apple. Añadiendo a Mozilla y Opera.
Son los navegadores más fuertemente representados dentro del CSS WG.
