Lo primero de todo muchas gracias por vuestras respuestas.
Os comento lo siguiente a ver si me podéis seguir ayudando. En
www.gandi.net (donde está contratado el dominio), accedí a dos formularios de control.
Primero:
"Leave Gandi redirections
Go from Gandi redirections (or custom DNS) to your web hosting company. "
Aquí puse las DNS del proveedor.
"Customized DNS
Manage ressources in your zone (specify your IP addresses)"
Aquí me pedía lo siguiente: "Please enter the numerical address of the computer which hosts your website, as it was gived to you by your web hosting provider" y puse la IP de la DNS primaria.
¿Algo incorrecto? Cuando voy a checkdns.net y meto el dominio me sale lo siguiente:

Hay dos líneas que no me gustan y no sé a que pueden ser debidas, son las que dice:
"Your main page redirects to another location. Several search engines will be unable to index your site. "
Y además todavía están las dns de gandi y no las otras. ¿Alguien sabe lo que está pasando y como solucinarlo? De veras, agradecería una ayuda MUCHISIMO.
